The merger of Roth USA and Emmi of Switzerland created a formidable premium cheese company with deep cheesemaking heritage and a roster of strong brands, but nobody had a clear idea of what the merged company stood for – including the company’s own employees. Emmi Roth needed a single destination for trade partners, sales associates, current and potential employees and other stakeholders to get information, transact business, apply for a job and, most importantly, understand the culture and story of the company.
