Agency PR Team Doesn’t Mess Around With March Madness

LSB’s PR ladies sweep office bracket competition

The public relations team of Lindsay, Stone & Briggs (LSB), a full-service advertising agency in Madison and Minneapolis, monopolized the March Madness office bracket podium this year.

Specializing in CBS Bracket domination, intern Carly Schesel was the dark horse in the annual Lindsay, Stone & Bracketology competition. “I don’t really know much about basketball, except when I do,” said Schesel. Villanova’s win late Monday night sealed her victory and secured some extra cash to spend at Double U and kollege klub.

Runner up, Amy Rohn, strategized all season for this moment and held a respectable place in the middle of the standings throughout March. A late surge and Villanova win gave her the points she needed to secure her second-place win. “I’m just happy to be here,” said the director of PR.

Camille Sanzi placed third and is still recovering from the Michigan loss. “This is really bittersweet because the boys played their hearts out and it wasn’t enough,” said Sanzi. “At least I won ten dollars.”

The PR team encourages the other departments to try harder next year and thanks teams like the Retrievers and Ramblers for existing and destroying brackets early on.

Brackets will come out, as usual, at the end of February in 2019. Enjoy baseball season.
