Tampa General Hospital: New Product, New Patients


Acknowledging changing consumer preferences, Tampa General took a first mover advantage and launched a virtual visit offering so consumers can see a doctor right on their smartphone, wherever and whenever they choose. A fully integrated campaign was launched with television, digital video, terrestrial and streaming radio to quickly gain awareness. A host of digital tactics including banner advertising, search, social, and remarketing was used to activate enrollments. We also worked with their CRM provider to execute a highly targeted direct mail campaign.

Within the first four months, we saw 3764 enrollments and 750 virtual visits completed—ten times the expected outcome. The campaign results were so impressive the platform developer commented that it was by far the most successful campaign of their product that he had ever seen.
