Public Relations Account Supervisor


Lindsay, Stone & Briggs, an integrated marketing communications agency is seeking an experienced PR professional to join our team.


The Public Relations Account Supervisor will report to the VP, Director of Public Relations and serve as a day-to-day client contact for a range of client needs, from communications strategy, media relations, social networking and consumer engagement to internal communications and issues/crisis management.


Candidate will identify client PR opportunities and develop and execute programs utilizing traditional and digital/social media strategies.


Effectively collaborate and integrate with cross-functional teams including creative, media, interactive and brand strategy.


Manage client PR budgets and invoicing process.


Assist with departmental management, including setting and achieving departmental goals, new business activities, agency communications and more.

Qualifications:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in PR, agency experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of strategic problem-solving and results-driven PR through traditional media relations; digital/social media and blogging; events and more.
  • Experience executing successful digital/social media initiatives, or online/offline word-of-mouth efforts.
  • Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to produce quality communications materials, including press materials, media correspondence, digital content and client communications
  • Crisis management, issues management experience a plus
  • BA or BS in business, communications or relevant degree
