Some clients only launch a brand or a product once in a lifetime. But, for the most innovative and forward-thinking clients, there is a constant state of launch as new products and categories are being introduced on a regular basis. GE Healthcare is one such client.

GE Healthcare has tapped LSB to help launch products leveraging our capabilities in research, positioning and message strategy as well as communications strategy, development and execution. For example, they looked to us to help launch a new brand positioning at a large conference through a creative video, we also developed videos and collateral material for new products and they also selected LSB to launch a new communications vehicle to a key audience, radiologists at academic medical centers.

It is this third launch, LSB’s creation of a magazine, imaGinE, that helped showcase GE’s research, products and academic partnerships and ultimately helped the client achieve double-digit sales growth to the academic segment and increase customer satisfaction at the same time.
