LSB launched the new-to-the-world category of premium fresh cut fruit for Chiquita with an integrated campaign that included PR, shopper marketing, digital and TV. It delivered a 217% return on investment in just six months in great part because of LSB’s behavior-changing consumer insights. For example, the IPSOS/ASI copy effect test of LSB’s TV spot found it to be among the top 6% of commercials ever tested; producing awareness 20% above control markets; a brand image so strong it was 70% above food norms.
